• Date of birth (used only to assign your age group — we store your age, not your full birthdate)
• Gender (optional, used for community context)
• Event RSVP activity (which events you have signed up to attend)
• Profile photo, if you choose to upload one

How We Use Your Information

• To place you in the correct age group and show you the right events calendar
• To send you event notifications via email and/or SMS — only if you opt in, only about events in your group
• To let hosts see the RSVP list for events you have signed up for (your name and email only)
• To allow you to manage your own profile and RSVPs

What We Do Not Do — Ever

• We do not sell your information to any third party, advertiser, or data broker
• We do not share your information with sponsors, partners, or outside organizations
• We do not use your information for advertising — this site has no ad targeting of any kind
• Sponsored banners on the calendar pages are static image links placed manually by the site admin — advertisers do not receive any member data and have no visibility into who sees their ads
• We do not build profiles for marketing purposes
• We do not track your browsing activity outside of this site

Sponsored Content

Some group calendar pages may display sponsored banner images. These are managed directly by the site administrator. Advertisers provide only an image and a link — they receive no member information, no click tracking data, and no analytics about our community. Clicking a sponsored banner takes you to an external site; that site's own privacy policy then applies.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which complies with GDPR, CCPA, and SOC 2 standards. Data is stored in the United States.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@ijustmovedtoparkcity.com. We will process deletion requests within 7 days.

Notifications

You can opt out of email and SMS notifications at any time from your profile page. We only ever send notifications about events in your age group — never marketing messages from third parties.

Children

This site is intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this policy in a material way, we will notify members by email before the change takes effect.
